Message	but for some reason the engine hardly turns...either that or it just keeps clicking. I can't get more than 30 psi on the cylinder I'm testing. The thing sounds like it struggling, heh. I've of course already checked charge and connections. The starter was taken off the vehicle and of course worked well when it was on it. I've done this before with good results, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, if I am.
